This return policy is for products the customer is not satisfied with within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. Outside this 30-day period, any faults will be covered by the specific manufacturer's warranty policy. 

We want you to shop with piece of mind and offer a 30 day no-fuss money back guarantee. 

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us by email or from our contact page so that we can process the return claim.

All we ask is that you send the products back to us (postage at buyer’s expense) in the original undamaged packaging. Please do not send the item back until we have confirmed the return address. The sender is responsible for the package until received.

Upon receiving the returned item/s from you, a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage cost) will be processed, usually within 24 hours.

Please note: If you purchased a product with free shipping, an additional cost of $12 for quantity under 8 alarms, and $18 for quantity 9 to 13 alarms will be charged to cover the initial purchase postage costs. Please enquire for larger orders (smoke alarms only).
